Responsibilities
* Provide support to users for issue resolution within established timelines and enable optimal use of SAP functionalities.
* Participates in system maintenance, evolution initiatives, and project phases from requirements analysis to Go-live and post Go-live support.
* Interact with technical teams and HR process teams, coordinate with Service Managers or key contacts regarding ongoing or planned activities.
* Manage user support activities, proactively identify and prevent issues, analyze recurring problems, and suggest improvements.
* Assist business users with daily problem resolution, coordinate with functional and technical teams, and ensure timely task completion.
* Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions if necessary, ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
* Document interventions and manage test scripts, scenarios, and data.
Ideal Profile
Candidate with 3-4 years experience in SAP HCM modules, specifically in:
* Personnel Administration (PA)
* Organizational Management (OM)
* Time Management
* Travel Management
* Timesheet
* Self-service functionalities
Good knowledge of related standard functionalities and excellent command of English are required. Knowledge of SAP HCM integration with other SAP modules and external systems is a plus.
