Profile
* PhD or Master’s Degree in statistics, applied mathematics, computer science, quantitative economics, econometrics or a similar quantitative field.
* 3+ years of experience in Data Science / AI fields.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and teamwork capabilities.
* Knowledge of major trends and technologies in AI/GenAI.
Hard Skills
* Excellent knowledge of Python and ML/DL libraries.
* Deep understanding of the fundamentals of statistics and machine learning (sampling theory, inference and interpretation, model validation, regression and classification techniques, etc.).
* Deep understanding of LLM post‑training stages (e.g. SFT, RL, distillation) and evaluation methods.
* Deep understanding of embedding models (e.g. bi‑encoder/cross‑encoder) and their finetuning.
* Experience with agent protocols (e.g. MCP, A2A, ACP) and agentic design patterns.
* Experience with synthetic data generation approaches for the evaluation of AI Systems.
* Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Qdrant, …) and integration with AI systems, for example RAG.
* Experience working with one of the major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
* Knowledge of MLOps and microservices architectures.
Nice to have
* Knowledge of AI security and safety risks, and effective mitigation strategies.

ROLE
As Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for CI/CD pipelines, with high focus on quality, security, and build/deployment processes (build tools, Docker, Kubernetes), plus optional Cloud/IaC expertise.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* CI/CD & Automation – Top Priority: Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps; automate build, test, quality, and security checks; manage artifact creation and distribution (Nexus, npm, NuGet); ensure pipeline scalability, reliability, and security.
* Quality, Build & Security – High Priority: Integrate SonarQube, Checkmarx, OWASP into pipelines; apply DevSecOps practices across build and release processes; build and maintain Docker images via Dockerfiles, manage CVEs, and ensure regular rebuilds for security compliance; deploy applications via Helm Charts on Kubernetes; troubleshoot Kubernetes deployments and workloads; support Dev and Ops teams in container orchestration.
* Monitoring & Reliability: Implement Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK for observability and alerting; monitor applications and infrastructure health; mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps best practices; collaborate with Development, QA, Security, and Ops teams; drive continuous improvement in delivery workflows.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* 3+ years in DevOps, CI/CD, or Cloud Engineering roles.
* Experience with Git, GitHub, GitFlow version control.
* Hands‑on experience with build tools, Docker (including CVE management & rebuild), Kubernetes deployments.
