Job Description
As an HR Business Partner, you will be the key HR point of contact for the Production business lines, working closely with the HR Director to align People strategies with overall business goals. You will be responsible for all critical aspects of the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on talent development, performance management, organizational design, and change support.
Responsibilities
* Onboarding: define induction programs for all newly hired employees.
* Personnel Appraisal: support Personnel Evaluation process (Performance, Competence, Succession Plan…).
* Support and coordinate Internal Communication activities.
* Support in the budgeting and spending activities process.
* Talent Management & Career Development: support the process from identification of a pool of talents to the definition of career paths.
* Training: assist the definition of a structured yearly plan based on organizational needs to guarantee internal development. Manage training calendar, preparation of materials and feedback collection.
* Support the team in the preparation of presentations, reporting and analysis.
* Support the team to continuously innovate and optimize policies, procedures and company standards.
* Manage internal events organization.
Qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience in a related position in fast-paced, dynamic and international companies.
* Fluent written and spoken English.
* Master in HR management is a plus.
* Labor Law knowledge.
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
* High integrity, adaptability, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
