The mission of the Procurement Dept. is to support the company in delivering cutting-edge technical solutions on time, with perfect quality and at the right cost, so that the company can always exceed customer expectations.He/She will contribute to innovation scouting (both technologies and supplier base) and will be the focal point between Suppliers and the Product Development team.He/She will be responsible for supporting the definition of the supply chain strategy, considering all market constraints and future trends.Main Responsibilities:Leading price negotiations and mediating award decisions through a worldwide Bidder's ListIdentifying and leading cost-saving ideas, including supplier visits at plantScouting for new suppliers and innovation with a strong focus on economics and business sustainabilityAnalysing new market trends and deriving acquisition strategies in the Electric and Electronic commoditiesBeing an active player in the Group Commodity Meeting, aligning the purchasing strategy with the other brandsEnsuring early involvement in projects to define the best technology to match project needs and targetsWorking with the latest e-procurement solutionsBeing an active member of cross-functional teamsBeing an active member of cross-brand team activitiesLeading technical/technological decisions considering circular sustainabilityEvaluating supply chain performanceJob Skills and
