Based in our headquarter in **Carpi MO),** Italy, we’re looking for a **HRIS Manager** who will be responsible for the oversight and implementation of HR processes and systems with a focus on HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Daily liaison with various stakeholders, including key users, auditors, IT infrastructure, operational teams, and suppliers;
- Designing processes in collaboration with the US headquarters;
- Collaborating with the VP of HR to ensure timely implementation and delivery of new features and enhancements;
- Gathering business requirements and assessing technical and commercial feasibility for HRIS solutions;
- Providing analytical support for projects and ad hoc requests;
- Facilitating training and communication on the HRIS system;
- Maintaining standard HRIS integrations and troubleshooting integration issues;
- Identifying trends or behaviors causing audit problems or integration errors;
- Assisting in the analysis of people data and reporting functionality to optimize systems for reduced manual reporting;
- Collaborating with stakeholders to create, update, and oversee processes and workflows for HRIS systems.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), preferably with a focus on Information Technology;
- 3 years of experience as a project manager implementing technology solutions in the field of Human Resources;
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, in particular Employee Central and Recruiting. SFX accreditation will be considered as a plus;
- Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 cloud platforms, especially SharePoint and Power Automate;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a Team environment;
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR data;
- Familiarity with Human Capital Management processes, including Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, and Performance;
- Proficiency in English language;
- With these qualifications and experience, the HRIS Manager will be well-equipped to lead and drive the implementation of HRIS systems and processes within the organization.
