Job Title: Customer Service Sales Manager
Job Description:
Selling healthcare solutions, specifically pharma automation and transport automation, to existing customers is a key responsibility of this role. The successful candidate will be in charge of managing the sales cycle, building strong relationships with customers, and capturing opportunities during the product life cycle.
Main Responsibilities:
* Commit to forecasting orders within a three-year plan.
* Develop quarterly and annual service sales forecasts, including proposals for budget allocation.
* Request orders as per the sales process described.
* Actively generate and follow up on sales leads and quotes using Salesforce.com.
* Manage administration documents for tenders and offers with the support of the sales and service administration team.
* Promote campaigns and programs that lead to requests for quotes.
* Maintain ongoing communication with customers to provide advice and consulting services.
Your Competence:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales role within a structured company.
