Production Team Leader
in the Lifesciences sector to integrate our team of consultants and bring your expertise on all our projects.
What is the challenge?
MAIN ACTIVITIES: Coordinate the Team operators of his own area of competence, with the purpose to guarantee target achievement both in terms of productivity and quality aspects. Manage reports related to Team results and be able to explain deviations from the target;
Anticipate potential criticism related to raw material procurement and be responsible of inventory counting accuracy Be responsible for the improvement of manufacturing processes methods Provide technical support for plant layout, purchase of equipment, upgrade of equipment, feasibility studies, cycle modifications.
REQUIREMENTS : Degree in Industrial, Chemical or Biomedical engineering At least 2 year of experience in managing a team in a production environment within the biomedical sector Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of AS400 and SAP Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodology and tools
