The Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you'll shape the user, customer, and stakeholder experience for our product, transforming your inspired vision into polished reality. You'll translate opportunities into intuitive, inclusive, and user-friendly solutions, working collaboratively within cross-functional and international teams. A mindset of continuous learning and adaptability is crucial in this role, as you navigate the evolving product and user needs within a dynamic market.
Responsibilities
* Own the full design lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, ensuring high-quality, intuitive, and scalable solutions for our SaaS platform.
* Design cohesive user experiences that align with platform-wide patterns and maintain consistency across complex workflows.
* Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to deliver seamless and engaging user interactions.
* Apply a range of user research methods, initiating and managing research initiatives in collaboration with the Design Lead.
* Support usability evaluations and data-driven design improvements.
* Collaborate and challenge Product Managers, Developers and other Product Designers in defining the best product strategy.
* Guide and support junior designers, sharing knowledge and encouraging their professional growth.
* Contribute to design system refinement, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product.
* Effectively bridge design and development through your understanding of front-end development.
* Stay current with SaaS industry trends, UX best practices, accessibility guidelines, and design tools to keep our experiences cutting-edge.
This role will be a great fit if you have:
* At least 5 years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital product work, ideally also in SaaS or complex B2B platforms.
* Fluent English, both in written and spoken communication.
* Solid background working in agile, cross-functional product teams, with a strong understanding of iterative product development.
* Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, auto-layout, prototyping, and design system management.
* Proficiency with user research and validation tools such as Maze, Loop11, Typeform, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
* Strong understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
* Ability to interpret UX research findings and apply them to design decisions.
* Deep familiarity with design systems and ability to work within and contribute to existing frameworks.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Technical fluency and comfort working alongside developers to bridge design and implementation.

Interview Process
Candidates can expect the following steps in our interview process:
* HR Introductory Call (15 minutes): a brief phone call with HR to provide an overview of the company and the role, as well as to gain insight into your experience and background.
* HR Video Interview (45 minutes): a more in-depth virtual interview with HR to explore the topics discussed in the phone call and further assess your fit for the role
* Technical Interview with Hiring Manager (30 minutes): a virtual video interview focused on the technical aspects of the role, where the Hiring Manager will dive into your specific skills and experience.
* Business Task Presentation (45 minutes): a virtual video interview where you'll present your solution to a business task provided beforehand to the Hiring Manager and team members.
* Interview with CPTO (30 minutes): an interview with the CPTO is an opportunity to discuss your background, technical expertise, and vision for the role.
* Offer: after completing the interview process, successful candidates will receive an offer.
Typical base salary pay range:
