DRIVE YOUR FUTURE
You will join the Administration, Finance & Controlling function and will be trained to understand the logic of monitoring the company's economic performance indicators as well as to apply reporting, consolidation, cost analysis and budgeting techniques. This internship offers hands-on experience, providing a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
You will collaborate with your tutor in:
- Support the consolidation and analysis of economic data from all the production sites at Region level;
- Monitor the main operational / management KPIs analyzing variances and reasons of main deviations;
- Support the preparation of specific reports and monthly performance review meeting with Region management team;
- Manage a continuous back and forth interaction with the local plant controllers;
- Cooperate together with Region Industrial Engineering team for the evaluation and improving of efficiencies;
- Support in shaping feasibility analysis of major investment/leasing projects, maintaining related reporting and analyzing actual spending vs original budget;
- Follow and coordinate the investments/leasing approval flow cooperating in the organization of investment committee at Region level and acting also as interface with related country and headquarter departments;
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Master’s degree in finance, economics or equivalent.
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Detail oriented with excellent analytical skills.
