The resource will be joining our HQ Supply Chain team, reporting to Demand & Inventory Planning Manager. The person will ensure the availability of all the finished goods and make sure they are ready to be distributed timely to customers according to the sales demand; he/she minimizes the inventory level ensuring a high service level; he/she oversee stock management activities, analyze demand forecasts, and translate them into accurate supply plans.
He/she collaborates closely with procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure alignment across the end-to-end supply chain. By proactively identifying risks such as shortages or excess inventory, he/she contributes to the stability and efficiency of operations while supporting cost optimization.
Job And Personal Requirements
* Master’s degree in management engineering (mechanical or similar)
* Fluent in English language
* Excellent analytical skills
* Ability to self-motivate and work independently
* Ability to see the big picture, provide solution, problem solving
* Target oriented, planning skills and ability to follow up – deliver results, meet deadlines
* Ability to manage complexity and work under pressure
* Leadership, proactive and collaborative approach
* 1-2 years of experience in planning
* Strong Proficiency in Excel
* Curiosity & passion for Supply Chain environments
Tasks And Responsibilities
* Managing and monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess
* Translating demand forecasts into supply requirements and developing replenishment strategies
* Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams to align supply and demand
* Anticipate risks such as shortages or delays and propose proactive solutions
* Analyze performance data, track KPIs, and share insights to drive continuous improvement
* Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and innovation across the supply chain
* Liaising with marketing and sales department in new projects related to new products and business development
* Liaising with the IT department developing new tools
