Our client is an international corporate investment bank. In order to strengthen the mercial team based at the Italian branch in Milan, we are seeking a Relationship Manager.
This professional, reporting directly to the team leader, will be responsible for developing strong relationships with large corporates both in Italy and abroad to promote the bank's services, with a specific focus on trade finance products.
The main responsibilities of the role will be:
1. Work with other members of Front Office team to help grow client relationships, business, and ie;
2. Maintaining and growing existing relationships with Corporates both in Italy and abroad ;
3. Creating new relations to deliver in the revenue origination targets;
4. Origination and pricing of Trade Finance transactions ( such as: confirmation and LCs discounts, issuance of guarantees, RCFs, TLs).
5. Risk and market analysis;
6. Liaison with and maintenance of effective relationships with other areas of the Bank such as Country Manager, Senior Relationship Managers;
7. Maintain client files, reports and provide regular reports to line management;
8. Work closely with Middle Office in the preparation of Credit Applications.
Requirements
9. Bachelor's degree in economics or related fields;
10. 3/5 years of experience gained in international corporate investment banks;
11. Deep knowledge of Trade Finance products;
12. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong medium to long-term relationships;
13. Fluent knowledge of the English language.
