We have an excellent opportunity available for a Site Controller to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Site Controller is part of the EPDM Western Europe Operations BU. You will work in a dedicated team, collaborating with peers to continuously improve. You will report to our Operations Finance Lead – Central Finance EPDM. Expect significant exposure to senior internal stakeholders. In brief, your responsibilities include Managing $140MM of COGS and logistics inbound costs; leading the budget and monthly forecast for Site Operational Costs. Handling Product Costing for the entire BU portfolio (~800 SKUs). Conducting profitability analysis for new development products. Leading Zero-Based Budgeting for the site. Liaising with Commercial Teams. Performing variance analysis on ingredients, packaging, plant conversion costs, and write-offs. Ensuring accurate purchasing cost variances for the site and co-packed goods. Serving as Sox coordinator and key control owner for the plant. Controlling inventory activities across raw materials, packaging, WIP, finished goods, and MRO. Managing Capex, inventory, and capitalization processes. Providing timely and relevant financial reports. Responsibilities & Accountabilities Implement and improve local finance processes. Introduce new policies and procedures from corporate. Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency. Lead accounting functions, including technical accounting and audits. Review internal controls and enhance processes. Analyze large data sets, identify tools and methodologies, and present findings to management. Coordinate forecasting with the FP&A team. Oversee account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Ensure consolidated and timely information from various functions. Maintain financial statement assurance and control framework integrity. Collaborate with Site Management to meet reporting needs. Support process improvement initiatives through analytical reviews. Participate in cross-functional teams for process enhancements. Qualifications Please note : You must have an EU Working Permit (excluding Orientation Year Visa) to qualify. Hard Skills Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) Experience with ERP systems; SAP, AS 400 BPCS preferred Background Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics. Minimum of 6 years in Accounting, Controllership, FP&A, or related finance roles. Professional Attributes Confident with the ability to push back and handle resistance. Skilled in simplifying complex issues and implementing solutions quickly. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach. Result-oriented, focusing on both personal and company success.
