Responsible for creating strategies that align with a company's goals and objectives. This includes identifying potential new markets and opportunities, analysing trends and data and creating sales plans to increase revenue. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve the financial targets. Maintaining customer goodwill & relationships specially with all key clients. Develop, coach and manage the team of Sales & BD.

Key Performance Areas
Business Growth and scalability
 * Be full responsible for leading Sales, BD teams to overachieve the regional yearly financial budget
 * Drive strategic business alliances with customer independently leading towards creation of large business opportunities in mid /long terms
 * Manage and control all aspects of the region’s businesses, ensuring that customer is kept at center of all processes and dealings are ethical and fair.
 * Achieving Sales target both top line and profitable margin
 * Managing team and also cross functional team as well
Market Intelligence
 * Responsible for staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
 * Understand the competitive landscape and market trends
 * Understand and effectively communicate the company's value prop, tech, process and current partnerships
 * Work closely with colleagues on cross-territory opportunities and other internal teams on marketing materials and cause studies
 * Build and promote strong long-lasting customer relationships by pertaining with them understanding their needs.
Credit Management & Cash flow
 * Must ensure the business is as per organisation credit policy to ensure a healthy cash flow and minimize financial risk for the company
 * Adherence to all internal processes in all areas specially linked to Credit Management
Stakeholder Management
 * Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels
 * Establishing and developing relations business partners, senior management and external partners and stakeholder
 * Attend conferences and professional association meetings and promote Maccaferri product solutions and brand.
 * Be the face of the organization
Budget
 * Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue and gross margins for the region
 * Manage and sell to major accounts, consultants and Government institutions; where appropriate, assist sales personnel to establish contact with top echelon decision-makers
Collaboration
 * Collaboration with all sector, Technical, Construction Services, and Marketing team.
Team development & motivation
 * To develop & mentor the region’s sales team towards professional growth and outperformance
 * Responsible to engage, develop & retain all key members of the stated teams as above. Proactively work with them towards their self-development and create a strong second line and next key manages in the company
 * Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization and align
