Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead and coordinate complex, multi‑site aerospace programs, ensuring profitability, quality and on‑time delivery. You will guide cross‑functional teams and manage contracts, risks, and customer communications, shaping program strategy from short term execution to long‑term vision. You will work closely with senior leaders to drive performance, recovery planning and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced, multinational environment. This is a key interface between SAFRAN Italy and customers, offering a chance to influence large‑scale programs and customer relationships.

- Provide strategic and technical program leadership focusing on profitability, quality, and on‑time delivery across the program life cycle
- Lead a team of Project and Program Managers
- Manage programs in the short term while formulating medium/long term vision
- Oversee program contracts and risk management
- Ensure on‑time development within budget and manage scope changes
- Maintain effective customer communication and strengthen relationships for timely responses
- Produce accurate program status reporting with KPIs and track customer satisfaction
- Coordinate cross‑functional activities to achieve business goals

Responsabilità
- Engineering degree or management degree
- Proven background as Senior Program Manager or Program Manager in a multinational, matrix organization
- Minimum 5 years in product/industrial/engineering management; 2–3 years managing complex, technical/manufacturing programs
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and build relationships with diverse customers
- Character strength, determination, and drive for results in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience interpreting and translating complex data into clear communications
- Experience presenting to Senior Leaders and external customers
- Experience in negotiations and achieving outcomes
- Proactive mindset with change leadership and improvement initiatives
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Travel availability for domestic and international assignments
