Job Description
Eurofins NSC Italia is seeking a Reporting & Accounting young professional who will be allocated in the Reporting and Accounting team under the supervision of the senior controller supporting the specialists in the finance and tax management of the assigned group of Italian legal entities.
Activities:
1. Support in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual closing and reporting packages;
2. Support in FS audit;
3. Recncile general ledger accounts;
4. Support in Annual Statutory Financial Statements and relevant Tax Compliance ( F24, 770, LIPE, CU; etc.;
5. Stay up-to-date on accounting principles and best practices;
6. Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently;
7. Oversee daily operations and work closely with the senior controller;
8. Verify the completeness and the accuracy of the data supporting the business;
9. Support in Intercompany reconciliations;
10. Monthly VAT calculation;
Qualifications
11. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
12. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role.
13. Good understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS).
14. Fluent in both Italian (C2) and English (B2).
15. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
16. Attention to detail and accuracy.
17. Understanding of financial statements, including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Profit/Loss Statements and Cash Flow Statements
18. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
