ABOUT THE ROLE

Officina Stellare is a growing company operating in the aerospace sector, currently undergoing a digital transformation aimed at integrating all key departments into a new ERP system: Microsoft Dy namics 365 Business Central, integrated with PowerBI for analytics and reporting.

We are looking for an ERP SPECIALIST to serve as an internal point of reference for the implementation and development of the new ERP system.

The selected candidate will support this transformation by working closely with external consultants and department heads to ensure proper mapping and optimization of business processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Map, analyze, and optimize business processes, with a focus on Production, Engineering, and Administration.

- Act as a liaison between internal departments and external partners for the management of the ERP project (Microsoft Business Central).
- Oversee integration with PowerBI for reporting and KPI monitoring.

- Provide operational support and training to internal users.
- Propose continuous improvement solutions for processes and ERP usage.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Previous experience in ERP implementation as a project lead, preferably with Microsoft Business Central (formerly NAV).

- Understanding of information flow in a project-based company that manages the full product lifecycle, from engineering to production.
- Experience managing software vendors, with the ability to translate business needs into fun ctional specifications, including logic, content, and pricing.
- Basic skills in data analysis and reporting, preferably using PowerBI.

- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and change management skills.
- Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Educational background in technical or management fields (e.g., Management Engineering,

Computer Science, Economics)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in fast-growing and digital transformation environments.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or scripting languages for reporting.

- Program Management. Our program managers coordinate complex projects. They employ rigorous project management methodologies, effectively manage risks and issues, and guarantee clear communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance. This department is dedicated to make sure that our products consistently meet the greatest quality standards. They implement and maintain accurate quality control throughout the entire product life cycle. This includes conducting thorough inspections, implementing corrective and preventive actions to make sure customers are satisfied.
- Human Resources. This department plays a critical role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. We strive to foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports employee growth and well-being.
- Marketing and Communication: essential to showcase and bring testimonies about the company growing success, this department plays a vital role in promoting the business and mission of Officina Stellare. Serving as the face of the company, it coordinates and produces all materials representing the business. It is the Marketing Department’s job to reach out to prospects, customers, investors and/or the community, while creating an overarching image that represents the company in a positive way.

By providing essential support in these key areas, our Business Services division empowers all departments within the company to achieve its goals and drive overall organizational success.
