About the Role We are looking for a motivated Brand Experience Trainee to join the Marketing & Communication team dedicated to the Jeep, Ram, and Dodge brands. This curricular internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in shaping and enhancing the end-to-end customer experience across Stellantis American brands in Europe. The trainee will support initiatives that impact all touchpoints of the customer journey, contributing to the development, monitoring, and continuous improvement of brand experience standards.
Key Responsibilities Support the management and optimization of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities, contributing to customer engagement and lifecycle strategies Assist in monitoring and reporting Customer Experience performance, with a focus on Net Promoter Score (NPS) and e-Reputation metrics Contribute to Quality of Service initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand standards and continuous improvement processes Support the development and execution of merchandising and brand activation materials Ensure consistency and implementation of Corporate Identity guidelines across all customer touchpoints Assist in tracking and enhancing brand reputation, both online and offline Collaborate in the creation and implementation of distinctive brand elements across the customer journey, ensuring a coherent experience Prepare reports, presentations, and insights to support decision-making processes and root cause analysis.
Learning Opportunities Exposure to international Marketing & Communication teams within Stellantis Interaction with Global Customer Experience teams and participation in cross-functional projects Insight into how customer experience impacts brand perception, product quality, and service excellence
Profile Requirements Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields) Strong interest in automotive, brand management, and customer experience Analytical mindset with good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools Excellent communication and presentation skills Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team-oriented environment Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
