If you're someone who doesn’t wait for leads, understands the value of uptime and automation, and can both build and close high-value deals — keep reading. /ppbAbout the Role /b /ppAs our Sales Lead, you won’t just manage a pipeline — you’ll build and execute the entire sales strategy. From hunting new business to leading a sales team and closing six-figure contracts, you'll play a critical role in shaping Reboot Monkey’s growth trajectory. /ppWe need someone who : /ppUnderstands technical solutions (not just buzzwords) /ppCan independently research and pursue new opportunities /ppKnows how to scale sales — not just hit targets /ppWhat You’ll Do /ppOwn and drive the full sales strategy — from lead gen to close /ppIdentify new business in data center and IT automation services /ppBuild, manage, and mentor a growing sales team /ppNegotiate and close deals with enterprise-level clients /ppWork closely with founders and marketing to align go-to-market plans /ppAnalyze market signals and adjust tactics in real time /ppRepresent Reboot Monkey with confidence, clarity, and technical credibility /ppWhat You Bring /pp5+ years in senior sales, ideally in data center, cloud, or managed services /ppProven ability to close large, complex B2B deals /ppComfortable explaining technical solutions to non-technical buyers /ppHighly proactive, independent, and self-managed /ppSolid experience with CRMs and sales automation /ppuBonus : /u you've worked in scale-up or founder-led environments /ppbWhy Reboot Monkey? /b /ppWe automate the backbone of digital infrastructure — helping companies keep their systems fast, reliable, and secure.
