PEmployerland, on behalf of a luxury 5-star hotel in Cortina d'Ampezzo, is looking for a strongHousekeeper. /strong /ppbr/ppstrongRole Overview /strong /ppOur Housekeeper are responsible for cleaning and servicing Guests’ rooms in order to provide a truly pleasant and comfortable experience. They ensure that all suites and rooms are inviting and perfectly clean and also address all Guests’ queries politely and knowledgeably. /ppOur Housekeeper synergically collaborates with the Public spaces attendants, HSK porters and Laundry team, the Butlers, the Front Office and the Maintenance staff under the supervision of the HSK Manager, and Assistant HSK Manager /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliClean assigned Guests’ suites and rooms according to standards established by the Hotel: making the bed, dusting the room and furniture, replenishing guest room and bath amenities and supplies, cleaning the floors, windows and bathrooms and vacuuming the carpets, /liliRestock beverages and food items in the mini-bar, /liliWhilst cleaning the room, verify that all is in proper condition and order of functioning and report to the Floor Supervisor any items that need repair. /liliClean corridors and floor public areas around guest rooms assigned. Also, maintain the cleanliness of HSK offices, wardrobes, equipment and pantries. /liliKeep informed of Hotel products and services knowledge to answer Guests’ questions. /liliAnswer all Guests’ questions/requests in a friendly and caring manner, take appropriate actions or if needed, refer the matters to the Floor supervisors to handle. /liliSupport Guests when requested (i.e. following the LostFound procedure). /liliVerify the physical status of the linens, towels and equipments and update the Floor supervisor of any discrepancies found by reporting timely any technical issues and maintenance needs. /liliWrite down on their assignment sheets relevant information for record purposes and possible future inquiries. At the end of the shift, report special attention to Guests, unusual situations, and incidents that need follow-up, to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction. /liliClean corridors and floor public areas around guest rooms assigned. Also, maintain the cleanliness of equipment and pantries /liliCarry out HSK porters’ services when required (e.g., delivery of linen, processing laundry orders). /liliAdditional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and the Hotel. /liliFollow Hotel security guidelines and comply with Hotel’s healthsafety and hygiene policies and procedures. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongQualifications /strong /pulliPrevious luxury hotel-related experience as Housekeeper is preferred, /liliKnowledge of Hotel procedures and code of conduct, /liliAbility to anticipate and focus attention on Guests’ needs, being professional and welcoming, /liliConstant attention to personnel grooming and hygiene standards, /liliFully understands the difference in guest levels (VIPs) and Rooms and Suites’ Categories, /liliAbility to work well under pressure, /liliFamiliarity with cleaning equipment and supplies as well as proper cleaning techniques, equipment and chemical usage, /liliGood organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, /liliConstant attention to details and strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, /liliFlexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required, /liliPhysical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy objects, standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods, /liliGood communication skills to interact with Guests, HODs, colleagues and supervisors always in a professional and courteous manner, /liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, /liliBasic knowledge of health and safety regulations related to housekeeping operations, /liliAbility to communicate, understand and follow instructions in Italian and English, /liliLegal right to work in Italy. /li /ulpbr/ppemThe selection will take place after reading the information notice according to Art. 13 EU Reg. 679/2016.
