Retail Experience Technician
Job Overview
In this role you will design and execute an annual marketing plan tailored to key dealers in the country/region, providing personalized support that includes technical training, product knowledge and the use of Orbea tools. Additionally you will ensure an exceptional product testing and event experience, overseeing operations, technical support and logistics coordination.
We are looking for an energetic, market‑oriented and results‑driven individual to join our team. The position is based in Bassano del Grappa (hybrid) and requires availability to work on weekends and during events.
Responsibilities
* Design and execute an annual marketing plan for key dealers.
* Provide personalized support: technical training, product knowledge, use of Orbea tools.
* Ensure an exceptional product testing and event experience.
* Oversee operation, technical support and logistics coordination.
* Solve problems in real time, plan and manage operations.
Qualifications
* Strong technical knowledge of bicycles and bicycle mechanics.
* Specific training in Marketing.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Experience and industry knowledge a plus.
* High level of English proficiency.
* Proficiency in Google suite (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Meet, etc.).
* Availability to work on weekends and during events.
* Work location: Bassano del Grappa (Hybrid position).
