Work Environment
As an Industrial Controller within the Finance Department, you will have the opportunity to gain international experience and build knowledge of business processes in luxury goods. You will work in an increasingly challenging environment on engaging projects. As an Industrial Controller, you will report to the Controlling Manager in Strada in Chianti (Florence).
Job Responsibilities
YOUR IMPACT
Monitor industrial production KPIs and analyze deviations.
Take part in the monthly closing process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Ensure that stock material controls are in place.
Conduct financial analysis to identify risks and opportunities for cost reduction, providing actionable insights to management.
Provide ad-hoc reporting on an as needed basis.
Contribute to the preparation of forecasts, annual budget and strategic plan.
Profile
KEYS FOR SUCCESS
Education: Master’s degree in finance/economics/management engineering or equivalent experience in the Finance field.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Industrial Control Activities within medium/large companies or manufacturing and international contexts. Experience in the luxury/fashion business is a plus.
Competencies: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Strong analytical, reasoning, and logical/numerical skills. Cooperative with good teamwork and solid communication skills. Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and at ease with the use of Internet tools. Good level of knowledge of SAP. Willing to travel.

Languages: Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
