We are looking for a
People Experience (PX) Employee Engagement Expert
A great Employee Engagement Expert can transform a workplace from “just a job” into a thriving community—boosting performance, innovation, and sense of belonging across the board. This role revolves around creating an environment where employees feel motivated, valued, and connected to their work, purpose and the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Support and guide managers and employees in implementing PX processes that create exciting employee experience.
- Cultivate engagement, inclusion, and a culture of collaboration where people feel safe to share ideas and make impactful contributions.
- Drive initiatives in talent development, leadership growth, mentorship, coaching, and job rotations promoting innovation and creativity, enabling high performing teams
- Collaborating across countries, regions, and business units, contribute actively to our PX community to support wellbeing initiatives and reward & recognition campaigns to shape the workplace of choice
- Analyze PX data to inform decisions, foster a digitalized way of working, and spark new ideas.
- Be a role model and an active promoter for SKF Culture and Values
We expect you to have/be
- Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- A hands-on, proactive mindset with energy and passion for learning and engagement.
- Effective communication and listening skills.
- Proficiency in handling responsibilities while taking initiative.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); French will be considered meritorious.
- Experience in a matrix or international environment will be meritorious.
- Good knowledge of Power BI and familiarity with generative AI tool, will be considered meritorious.
