Ph3Integrated Logistics Support Consultant /h3 pPosting Date: 27 May 2026 /p pCity: Roma /p pLocation: Roma, IT, 144 /p pContract Type: Permanent /p pDivision: Electronics and System Engineering /p pLevel of experience: Junior /p pRINA is currently recruiting for a bIntegrated Logistics Support Consultant /b to join its office in Rome within thebElectronics and System Engineering /bDivision. /p h3Mission /h3 pThe Integrated Logistics Support Consultant leads and coordinates core ILS activities ensuring the development of, as an example and not limited to, supportability analyses, maintenance concepts, provisioning lists, PHST instructions, technical documentation, and training deliverables. The role interfaces with the customer and suppliers, ensuring full alignment with technical baseline and contractual standards being responsible of limited tasks during project execution. /p pThe activity will be carried out in customer premises in Ortucchio (AQ). /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 bLogistic Support Analysis (LSA) /b ul liLead medium‑complexity analyses (FMECA, LORA, MTA, etc.). /li liOptimize maintenance intervals, logistic resources, and system availability. /li liProvide support organization, manpower profiles, and maintenance schedules. /li /ul bRAMT Analysis /b ul liBuild reliability and maintainability models with validated engineering data. /li liExecute detailed MTBF/MTTR calculations, trends, and corrective recommendations. /li liAssess system‑level availability and propose supportability improvements. /li /ul bMaintenance Task Analysis /b ul liDevelop preventive and corrective maintenance plans. /li liIdentify special tools, test equipment, personnel skill requirements. /li liDesign maintenance concepts aligned to the requirements. /li /ul bTechnical Publications /b ul liCreate, review, and approve Data Modules (DMRL, procedural tasks, descriptions). /li liEnsure alignment with LSA, maintenance tasks, and configuration baseline. /li /ul bSpare parts and tools list /b ul liIdentify critical parts, define sparing strategies, and compute spares calculations. /li liMaintain provisioning data (CAGE, P/N, SMR codes, pricing). /li liInteract with supply chain for vendor documentation and lead‑time validation. /li /ul bConfiguration, obsolescence and data management /b ul liEnsure all ILS deliverables match the current technical baseline. /li liImplement change requests and maintain traceability. /li /ul bTraining development /b ul liProduce training material for operators, maintainers, and logistic staff. /li liSupport to deliver classroom or remote training sessions to internal teams and customers. /li liAssess training effectiveness and propose updates. /li /ul bCustomer and supplier interaction /b ul liReport ILS analyses, provisioning lists, and maintenance concepts to the customer. /li liGive leading support in technical discussions for LSA, RAMT, etc., and documentation topics. /li liManage action items, clarify requirements, and support audits. /li /ul bKnowledge sharing /b ul liSupport onboarding of junior colleagues by explaining tools, software and processes. /li liReview junior colleagues deliverables and provide feedback. /li /ul h3Education /h3 pBachelor’s Degree in Engineering General /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul li3–6 years of experience in ILS, maintenance engineering, RAMT, or related fields. /li liProficiency with LSA standards and software, RAMT, standards and software, S‑Series, CM/PLM software. /li liGood communication and coordination skills. /li liDOMAIN BUSINESS ACUMEN - Applying a scientific approach and critical thinking in operations and solution development within area of expertise. /li liFORESIGHT INSIGHT - Context awareness adopting a systemic perspective and informed decision making. /li liINTERPERSONAL INFLUENCE - Skills and strategies we use to interact effectively with others. /li liPERSONAL EMPOWERMENT - Ownership for life, work and results, striving to grow professionally and personally. /li liWORKPLACE DYNAMICS - Resourcefulness in shaping progress and working efficiently. /li /ul pRINA is a multinational company providing a wide range of services in the energy, marine, certification, infrastructure mobility, industry, research development sectors.
