Contract Type: Long-Term Contract / Consultancy
We are currently supporting a major international energy project and are looking to speak with experienced Mechanical & Machinery Engineers for a long-term opportunity supporting large-scale onshore and offshore oil & gas facilities.
Responsibilities
* Review mechanical and machinery design deliverables including pumps, compressors, pressure vessels, tanks, filters, HVAC and utility systems
* Review technical datasheets, material requisitions and equipment sizing calculations
* Support vendor package reviews and technical bid evaluations
* Ensure compliance with API, ASME and ISO standards
* Coordinate with process, piping, structural, electrical and instrumentation disciplines
* Participate in HAZID/HAZOP studies, model reviews and constructability assessments
* Review GA drawings, installation documentation and mechanical deliverables
* Support technical query resolution and engineering reporting activities
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
* Minimum 5 years’ experience within oil & gas, EPC or energy projects
* Strong understanding of rotating and static equipment
* Experience with offshore or complex industrial facilities preferred
* Familiarity with API 610/617/618, ASME VIII and related industry standards
* Strong communication and coordination skills
