Your key responsibilities
- Buy‑side and vendor due diligence activities
- Preparation of pitch decks with market analyses and assessments of selected potential targets
- Financial modelling
- Support in the review/definition of acquisition agreements

Skills We Are Looking For:
- 4 to 6 years of work experience in Transaction Diligence, Corporate Finance, or Audit teams within leading consulting firms, banks, or financial boutiques
- In-depth knowledge of the Financial Services sector
- Strong accounting expertise and mastery of relevant standards (Italian GAAP and IFRS)
- Master's degree in Economics or related fields
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset and strong problem‑solving attitude
- A good knowledge of the Office suite and the English language, as well as familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools.
