PpJoin to apply for the bGlobal Senior Toxicologist /b role at bFerrero /b /p p1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants /p h3About the Role /h3 pAs bGlobal Senior Toxicologist /b, you will be part of the bFood Safety Quality department /b and be the bGroup subject matter expert /b on toxicological food safety risks, especially bcontaminants /b, directly reporting to bFood Safety Product Integrity Manager /b. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor external scientific, technical and regulatory evolutions in the field of chemical Food Safety (e.g. environment and process contaminants) applying horizon scanning best practices; leverage new developments when relevant and evaluate potential business impact enabling science‑based and informed business decisions. /li liDrive the risk anticipation process from risk identification to risk mitigation to ensure all emerging or evolving risks are managed properly, involving all required functions and delivering risk assessments in all circumstances. /li liImplement new state‑of‑the‑art toxicological assessment methodologies and tools to conduct a robust risk analysis across the value chain enabling science‑based decisions to predict and prevent potential Food Safety issues. /li liSupport product design, sourcing, manufacturing, and crisis/in‑cident response with risk assessments, providing toxicological expertise throughout the product life cycle. /li liBuild a scientific external network and partnerships, staying current with scientific evolutions, studies, and emerging risks; support a global scientific engagement strategy on Food Safety topics and build a Scientific Advisory Board of internationally recognized experts. /li liRepresent the Group in worldwide Food Safety and selected Food Safety organizations, events, conferences, etc., to increase credibility and shape external Food Safety standards. /li liDevelop internal capabilities with trainings, methods and tools to equip the different functions. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pYou bring your Master’s Degree or PhD in Biology, Chemistry, Food Science or a related field and your solid 8+ years of experience in Quality/Food Safety/Chemical Safety/Risk Management roles.
