* Ensure accurate internal and external financial reporting
* Oversee audits, tax compliance, and adherence to local/global standards
* Manage operational KPIs, cost price calculations, and business case analyses
* Lead, coach, and develop the finance team
* Drive SAP implementations and other financial digital tools
* Enhance BI and dashboard capabilities for decision‑making
* Proactively manage cash flow, expenditures, and treasury
* Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks (credit, liquidity, market)
* Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
* Minimum of three years' experience in financial management roles
* Strong expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cost control
* Experience with operational finance, supply chain controlling, and business case analysis
* Advanced proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel
* Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
