Reach millions. bThis is just the beginning /b. /ppbr/ppbWhat we look for /b /pulliFor our growing leads pipeline, we are looking for an Account Executive to join our team of superstars and help us close even more deals. This is an intense, challenging and fast job where a mix of sales ability and analytical skills are required to succeed. /liliOur sales team currently consists of various roles: Inbound SDR, Account Executive, Partnership Outbound BDR, Accountants. /liliWe’re looking for someone who wants to get their hands dirty and who has a passion for excelling at what they do. /li /ulpbr/ppbYou are the perfect fit if: /b /pulliYou are an achiever who loves challenges and demands constant intellectual stimulus /liliYou are a startup lover /liliYou have a track record in B2B SaaS sales as either an AE or and SDR/BDR with 2+ years of experience /liliYou are a listener who possesses closing skills /liliYou give everything to reach your targets /liliYou are passionate about technology, continuous learning and building products. /liliYou enjoy working in a team and are keen on learning from others. /liliYou thrive when given responsibility and you like to take initiative to improve processes. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat will you do: /b /pulliYou will be in charge of demoing our solutions to the hot leads our SDR team has sourced for you /liliYou will meet up to new CEOs/CFOs/owners/administrative directors every single day during your demos and you will be showcasing them Sibill’s features /liliYou will follow your deals throughout their trial with follow up meetings to make sure they are making the most out of our software /liliYou will be managing a large pipeline with the goal of maximizing conversions /liliYou will close on average 30 new logos every month /liliYou will be responsible for managing the CRM (Hubspot). /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat will you need /b /pulliA (concrete) passion for innovation and for making things easier through technology /liliAbility to explain complex concepts in simple words /liliAbility to persuade prospect customers without promising the impossible or the unattainable /liliA passion for data and analysis to extract valuable information from the sales activity you’ll perform /lilibFluency in Italian is a Must /b /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat we offer /b /pulli55-65k euros OTE /liliMeal vouchers (8 euros a day) + welfare benefits /liliNice office in MAC3, Milan /li /ulpbr/ppbRecruitment Process /b /pulliChat with HR /liliInterview with Team Leader AE /liliInterview with Head of Sales /liliOffer /li /ul
