Customer Service Intern
In this role, you will build a professional and long-term relationship with customers (B2B) and provide support to facilitate sales and achieve the best possible daily service for all customer requirements.
Your Tasks:
* Processing all subsequent actions related to orders (order completion, release of part deliveries, open order monitoring, provide requested style data files, …)
* Handling customer complaints on the basis of product faults, delivery errors, transport damages or losses
* Processing returns and credit notes
* Maintaining, updating, and refining all customer data
* Order/data entry
Your Profile:
* You have a university degree in sales or business administration
* Prior experience in a similar role in customer service/sales support is preferred
* You have knowledge of import export documentations
* Fluent level in English and Italian is required; any other language is a plus
* You possess a hands-on mentality and ability to convince others
* You have strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* You are a team player with intercultural sensitivity
* You are proficient in MS Office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* Knowledge of AS400 is a plus
