With over 60 stores worldwide plus a unique bespoke service available through its workshops on Rue Marbeuf and Rue de Sèvres in Paris, Berluti celebrates craftsmanship, timeless know-how and state of the art technique.MISSIONThe Production Planner is responsible for the short-to-medium-term planning elaboration of the production processes and respect for both external suppliers and internal departments on a dedicated portfolio of orders and product categories.Job responsibilitiesEnsure the correct planning and monitor of the production for the brand Catalogue and, proposing alternative solutions in the event of constraints or critical issues to satisfy the customerMonitor production progress in collaboration with external departments (purchasing, quality area, technical area, internal production area and suppliers), to achieve delivery targets and guarantee the service rateElaborate the workload plan and manage the external production capacities in collaboration with the Flow ManagerMonitoring the proper functioning and the pertinence of the results of the Planification Software (Horizon) and be a key actor regarding the continuous improvement of the toolEnsure the service rate and LT: the percentage of orders shipped on timeCarry out various analyses and reporting: on the performance of departments and suppliers, on the timing related to deliveries and adherence to Lead Time, on the causes of delays, and on projections of production capacityApply the logic of continuous improvement in all phases of the process, from delivery plan to progress and to control of production, and standardizing processesProfileEducation: Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineeringExperience: Minimum 3 years of experience working within a Manufacturing or Supply Chain environment, with specific experience in supplier management and internal planning activitiesIT Competences: Expertise in the use of spreadsheet software for data analysis and reporting; solid functional knowledge of ERP software, with a preference for SAP. Excel is mandatorySkills: Proven leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills. An open-minded approach to work, combined with a strong problem-solving orientationAvailable for business trips in Italy (2-4 times/month) and abroad (4-5 times/year)Languages: fluent Italian & English.
