Are you driven by results, enjoy engaging with prospects, and want to be part of scaling outbound sales strategies for fast-growing B2B SaaS companies?

We're looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join an ambitious remote team focused on delivering high-quality pipeline growth for enterprise clients across Europe and beyond.

What You'll Do

As an SDR, you'll play a key role in building outbound sales success by:

* Identifying and researching target accounts aligned with client ideal customer profiles
* Executing multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to engage prospects
* Qualifying leads, booking meetings, and creating high-intent pipeline opportunities
* Collaborating with Account Executives and campaign strategists to refine messaging
* Tracking activity metrics (calls, replies, meetings booked) and consistently hitting KPIs
* Contributing to continuous improvement of outreach messaging and qualification processes

Who You Are

We're looking for someone who:

* Is fluent in Italian and English
* Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Is comfortable using CRM systems and outbound tools
* Thrives in a remote, performance-driven environment
* Is coachable, resilient, and motivated by targets
* Previous SDR or B2B experience
