This role requires a fusion of creativity and analytical prowess, aimed at building brand awareness and trust social wisely.Responsibilities:● Develop and implement social media/influencers strategies that align with our brand positioning and marketing strategies.● Create original content and schedule postings to increase account visibility and engagement.● Monitor and analyze performance data of social media accounts to continuously optimize content and strategy.● Source and develop influencers networking continuously and work closely and innovativley with influencers to support brand and business growth.● Collaborate with advertising agencies and vendors to manage and improve social media advertising campaigns.● Community management .Qualifications:● At least 3 years of experience in social media planning and account management.● Proficiency in content trends, viral marketing mindset and mechanisms of operation on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.● Excellent creative thinking and content creation skills.● Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to adjust strategies based on data insights.● A proactive, results-focused approach, capable of driving initiatives forward amidst uncertainty.● Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors is highly advantageous. Candidates with substantial agency experience are also encouraged to apply.● Ability to work independently as well as closely with a team.● Proficiency in Italian and English is a must. Chinese language skill is a plus but not a prerequisite.● BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
