We are looking for the SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER Posizione: About the Company: With a strong history and a commitment to innovation, our client is dedicated to develop and commercialize innovative drugs in Oncology. As part of an ambitious strategic plan, the Company is expanding its presence and growing in Europe, starting from Italy, which will serve as the Headquarters for the International Operations. The Opportunity: To enable the Company growth, we are seeking a talented and experienced Supply Chain Manager to strengthen the International Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in developing the Company growth at the European level. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the Supply Chain processes with all the key stakeholders (commercial and production sites) and work with commercial teams in order to define the mid term Sales & Operation plans in line with products delivery deadlines and guidelines received by Affiliates and Commercial HQ. Ensure that processes are implemented in a sustainable manner and aligned to Supply Chain strategy - Implement, utilize and optimize the supply planning tools and processes in order to prepare an integrated plan and to drive supply chain effectiveness - Facilitate and enable communication links between market supply chain and CMOs across Europe to drive consistency, collaboration and improvement, particularly in relation to forecasting and planning - Ensure warehousing and logistics of incoming goods are handled in the most efficient manner; manage interfaces with transport and Warehouse units. Manage the relationship with external Warehouse/Logistics providers - Ensure compliance with all SOP and GDP requirements, Company policies and practices. Requisiti: Education and Experience Requirements: - Education: Master's degree in Engineering or Economics. - Experience: 10 years of Supply Chain Management in Pharma Companies or CMOs - Demonstrated success in the areas of Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, inventory management and Warehousing/Logistics in an international environment - Fluent in English. Required Skills: - Strong problem-solving and ability to analyze and use data for decision-making. - High flexibility and prioritization skills.
