The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all HR activities across the Italian operations, ensuring alignment with Group HR strategies, local labor laws, and business objectives. The role covers multiple legal entities and sites and acts as a key partner for leadership and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* 7 legal entities
* 6 sites across Northern and Southern Italy
* Approximately 180 FTEs
* Budgeting and workforce planning, including staffing levels and compensation costs
* End-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
* Industrial relations and relations with trade unions
* Monitoring existing HR practices and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
* Definition and implementation of common HR policies across all Italian sites and legal entities, in line with Group guidelines
* Centralization and maintenance of the HR database
* Planning and execution of internal communication initiatives

* Leadership Teams

* Labour Inspectorate
* Social Security authorities
* Management of the payroll process, coordinating with external payroll consultants
* Handling disciplinary procedures and labor disputes, in collaboration with external legal advisors
* Preparation and delivery of weekly and monthly HR KPI reports for Italian sites
Competenze ed esperienza
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
* Proven experience in an HR Manager or similar senior HR role within structured and multi-site organizations
* Strong knowledge of Italian labor law, industrial relations, and HR compliance requirements
* Experience managing multiple legal entities and complex organizational structures
* Solid background in workforce planning, budgeting, and compensation management
* Hands‑on experience with payroll processes and coordination of external providers
* Demonstrated ability to manage disciplinary procedures and labor litigation
* Strong analytical skills with experience in HR KPI reporting
* Fluent English (written and spoken)
