Responsibilities Develop and execute visionary strategies for all digital content areas, including motion design, graphic design, and UX/UI, aligning with the agency's innovative goals and client needs. Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages experimentation and cutting-edge design solutions. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design methodologies to inspire innovative digital content across all platforms. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, lead creative pitches, and present compelling design concepts that demonstrate the agency's creative capabilities. Oversee the execution of all creative work to ensure high quality, brand consistency, and effective visual storytelling across digital channels. Qualifications A degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Creative Director or in a similar role. Deep understanding of branding, advertising, and marketing concepts. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Proficiency in creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc. Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking regarding user needs and design solutions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English (business proficiency).
