This role is focused on driving brand/product awareness and foot traffic to ecom and to the final end consumers through events and demo days. /p h3Tasks responsibilities /h3 ul liPlanning, execution and reporting the annual marketing activity calendar /li liAdaptation and preparation of the international marketing assets (digital contents, POS tools, graphics) /li liControlling and reporting of the marketing budgets /li liAlignment of the Sales team on the annual marketing plans /li liPlan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns and projects across paid media (such as Google, TikTok, Meta, and other relevant digital channels) and email newsletters /li liResponsible for obtaining and managing all relevant seasonal content from the brand /li liCollaborate closely with the sales team to support product launches, and seasonal campaigns /li liCoordination of eventual external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely development and delivery of high-quality content /li liPreparation of reporting decks adhering to Diadem’s guidelines /li liPrepare digital content (banner, ads etc.) adhering to Diadem’s guidelines /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field /li li2+ years of experience in trade/digital marketing /li liHands-on experience in events marketing, email marketing, and social media platforms /li liGood understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance optimization /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills /li liSolid understanding and passion for sport business, especially racket sports (tennis, padel tennis, etc.) /li liFirst experience in sporting good/ fashion/marketing industry is an advantage /li liVery good English skills /li liA people person, natural at building new relationships /li liComfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment /li liProficiency in Canva and/or Figma for quick graphics; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign nice to have /li /ul pIf you are interested to work in a challenging, international and dynamic environment then apply now! /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
