Win, develop and retain new businessManage the full charter process from initial enquiry through to completionLeverage existing industry relationships while proactively identifying new revenue opportunities through strategic prospecting and networkingNegotiate charter terms with aircraft operators to secure competitive pricing and optimal availabilityMaintain an in-depth understanding of global charter markets, aircraft availability, and operator performanceDeliver a consistently high level of client service and discretionContribute to the development of the local charter business, helping shape market strategy and growth initiativesRepresent the business within key client and industry networksAs the business grows, take on responsibility for mentoring and developing junior brokersCollaborate closely with senior leadership on long-term growth plans and team expansion
Previous experience in Passenger or Cargo chartering - ESSENTIALExcellent understanding of the aviation industry and chartering marketExtensive aircraft knowledgeHas a proven track record of selling charters and identifying sales leadsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsEnjoys working toward goals and objectives in a competitive environmentHigh attention to detailCustomer-focused, ambitious and drivenResilient with a positive attitude and willingness to learnHighly motivated with a desire to reach and exceed targetsFlexible and open to travel often at short notice
