Key Responsibilities

1. Provide professional IT support to the store with high service levels, ensuring seamless operations and resolving technical issues efficiently.
2. Lead or support project implementation efforts, deploying new digital products and lifecycle refreshes of hardware solutions.
3. Coordinate local vendors and manage relationships with global vendors for support, upgrades, bug reporting, and change requests.
4. Offer 2nd-level hardware and software support for end-users, addressing complex technical queries and troubleshooting issues.
5. Manage the lifecycle of all IT assets within the defined region, including inventory management, budget planning, procurement, and asset configuration.
6. Develop basic technical training programs for onsite support staff and new hires, focusing on equipment setup, technical guidance, and hands-on training.
7. Identify potential digital equipment risks and suggest mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity plans are secure and effective.

Your Skills and Qualifications

* Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of problem-solving and decision-making.
* Self-reliance and motivation, with excellent communication skills in English and Italian (written and verbal).
* The capacity to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
* Excellent interpersonal skills for building trustful relationships with stakeholders across different seniority levels.
* A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends, innovations, and best practices.
* Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles related to IT asset management.
