Experteer OverviewIn this role you support the Sales Organization to achieve objectives for our portfolio of material characterization instruments. You combine technical expertise with sales acumen to qualify opportunities through deal closure. You collaborate with sales leaders, product teams, and service partners to deliver compelling demos, trainings, and market insights. You travel up to 50% across the country with occasional international trips, based in the Milan area. This opportunity allows you to influence value realization from advanced analytical instrumentation while shaping customer success.Retribuzione / BenefitsPlan and execute material characterization demos and sample analyses with the Sales Team Leader and Account ManagersSupport sales by clarifying customer needs, articulating value, overcoming objections, and aiding in closing dealsSet demonstration standards, sales training protocols, and create presentation materials with Product and Application LeadersTrain Sales Reps and third‐party Agents to drive independent salesProvide competitive intelligence and market analysis to the European Product LeaderDevelop marketing collateral with customers to improve win rates and expand opportunitiesEnsure quotes and configurations align with instrument specificationsAssist Service partners in creating training materials and promoting customer training independenceManage demo inventory for specified product lines and maintain optimal conditionsBuild and maintain a list of customer referencesResponsabilità2-3 years hands‐on experience in Material Characterization Analytical Instruments (UV, IR, Thermal Analysis)Bachelor in ScienceSkilled in defining and promoting value‐added solutionsProven ability to build strong relationshipsEffective team playerExcellent verbal and written communicationTravel willingness (50% travel)Fluent in EnglishCRM experience (SFDC)
