3. Role Overview
4. You will provide refund services and first-level support during refund processes, ensuring consistent and professional service aligned with policies and procedures.
5. What you will do
1. Provide full and high-quality support to tourists during refund transactions, tailored to specific requirements and cases.
6. Support tourists throughout the refund process, collaborating with Customs authorities.
7. Maintain a high level of customer experience as a key part of the customer journey.
8. Communicate with the main office and other departments regarding daily operations.
9. Perform any general administrative tasks assigned by the refund manager.
10. Who you are
11. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the finance industry.
12. Experience in cash handling and relevant procedures.
13. Ability to work in customer-facing roles.
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
15. Reliable, a team player, and proactive.
16. Fluent in written and spoken English.
17. Chinese and Russian language skills are highly welcomed.
