Job description: Kelly Finance & Accounting on behalf of Siemens Healthineers, is proud to look for a: FINANCE BUSINESS LEAD for one of our Business Unit present in Southern Europe (Italy, Spain, Portugal and Greece). This Operation is part of Siemens Healthineers Group and is run out of a separate Legal Entity being formed in Italy. Your tasks and responsibilities: - Responsibility for the country's budget planning, controlling and monitoring (P&L, B/S) with strong focus on cash management, including financial and resources allocation in alignment with the company's strategy. - You will have the ultimate accountability for the integrity of books & records, the company's ERM and internal control system - As trusted partner to the Business Lead you will be collaborating and will be responsible for continuous profitable growth of the business (P&L Ownership). - Drive a result, efficiency and value-creation based company culture with highest-degree of compliance and continuous improvement focus - Identify growth potentials and drive financials solutions for customers and translating them into financial goals and measuring relevant achievements - Operationally lead and run the Offer-to-Cash process in connection with established Corporate Departments and Global structures. - Liaise and build strong collaboration with internal and external shared services organizations and functions. Your qualifications and experience: - At least 7 years of experience in Finance/Business Administration - 3 years in a leadership role, ideally in leading a legal entity - Excellent knowledge and understanding of relevant financial processes and value flows of accounting (current knowledge of local GAAP IFRS), tax, treasury and ERP. - Excellent business understanding capability and strong analytical skills for timely and accurate financial analysis driving prompt and effective decision making - Excellent communication and reasoning skills; ability to proactively and effectively interface with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders (customers, authorities, banks) - Fluency in English and in Italian - Healthcare business experience as a strong plus Your attributes and skills: - Finance, Business Administration Degree - Advanced Degree Preferred - Strong cross-functional teamwork and people management ability (coach, develop and motivate staff) - Open-minded and positive thinking - Goals and results orientated - Customer-driven and focused - Excellent interpersonal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamically changing environment - Ability to drive change management and problem solving Location: MilanKelly Services are acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this role.
