Job Description
Stevanato Group is one of the world's largest providers of integrated containment and delivery solutions for the biopharmaceutical industry. The person we are looking for will be inserted into the Customer Service team as a Customer Service Specialist at our Global Headquarter in Piombino Dese, PD, Italy. The candidate will initially focus on our English-speaking clients, with the opportunity to follow others based on his/her linguistic skills.
The person will have the following responsibilities:
- Elaborates sales order fulfilment management, tracks and monitors the related documents, commercial offers and contracts
- Manages the operative process of the sales orders
- Manages and supports customer relationships from the Headquarters (contracts, reports Meeting minutes, meeting follow-ups etc.)
- Helps in organizing visits / audits at the Headquarters
- Supports the management of the sales forecast for his/her assigned area
- Works with Account Managers to guarantee customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Education: BA Degree in Modern Languages, Foreign Trading, Economics as preferred
- Experience: 1/2 years of experience in a similar role
- Languages: Fluency in English is required; German or French is considered a plus
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
