Position Overview For an important General Contractor operating in the civil construction sector (segment 20 - 120 million €), we are seeking a Project Manager MEP. The role aims to strengthen the Operations team to support the company's growth, development, and consolidation across Italy, aligned with a solid industrial plan to become a leading player in the sector. Responsibilities The selected candidate, reporting directly to the Operations Director, will be responsible for managing key project phases, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and serving as the main contact for clients. Main Activities Plan, coordinate, and monitor the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery; Manage the budget, control costs, and optimize resources; Oversee construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations; Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure proper execution; Prepare progress reports and liaise with clients and stakeholders. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should possess: A degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or Architecture; At least 10 years of experience in similar roles, gained within general contractors or technological plant engineering companies for civil applications, organized and with project values compatible with the position; Willingness to travel across Italy based on project locations; Excellent knowledge of building regulations and project management software.
