Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive a one-to-one clienteling culture in Gucci stores, shaping targets and the supporting tools. You will partner with Retail Excellence, Training and regional teams to align on goals and execution. You will translate strategic client development into actionable store initiatives and governance. This is a strategic, cross-functional position at the heart of luxury retail growth and client experience.

* Contribute to yearly and quarterly clienteling targets across all levers
* Define frameworks, guidelines and tools to drive target achievement and cascade them through stores
* Identify training needs and coordinate with Retail Training to plan and monitor effectiveness
* Identify tool upgrade needs and help prioritize roadmaps with Retail Excellence
* Set up a monitoring approach with regions for proactive governance and actionable reports
* Use business insights to propose actions and projects to accelerate clienteling goals
* Identify regional best practices and share learnings across regions
* Collaborate with Kering and other brands to benchmark and adopt best practices
* Gather field feedback via regular store visits with regions
* Foster collaboration with global stakeholders (Retail Excellence, Retail Training, Retail, Kering) and Client Development regional teams
Responsabilità
* Min 5 years of experience in a similar luxury retail role
* Proven understanding of luxury clienteling and client development
* Strong knowledge of clienteling tools
* Strong analytical capabilities
* Proficiency in PPT, Excel, Word
* Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable operational content
