Pinerolo - Via Ferrua Spain - Remote Remote Freudenberg FST GmbH Test Manager (f/m/d) Responsibilities Test Strategy & Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive end-to-end test strategy across multiple workstreams. Test Execution: Coordinate manual and automated testing activities for ERP systems and integrated tools. Testing Phases: Plan and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression Testing. Team Leadership: Lead internal and external test teams in global, cross-functional projects. Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and automation. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main contact for business and technical stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights on testing activities. Defect & Compliance: Manage defect triage and support audits to ensure compliance and product quality. Qualifications Education: Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field. Experience: Proven background in software quality and test management within large-scale IT programs. Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems and test automation tools (e.g., Tosca, SAP Solution Manager). Methodologies: Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, metrics, and project management principles. Analytical Mindset: Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach. Project Leadership: Ability to lead and coordinate complex project activities, driving alignment among diverse stakeholders without direct disciplinary management responsibilities.
