You will shape how the company operates day to day and help turn chaos into leverage.In-person team primarily based in Milan and Zurich, with real robots, real deployments, and real impact.Operations Management Finance & Accounting Logistics & Supply Chain Partner Management Process Design & Automation Procurement Compliance Project ManagementRequirementsExperience operating in fast-moving startups or scale-ups, ideally with hardware, robotics, deep tech, or regulated environmentsComfortable owning messy problems and turning them into clean systemsAbility to operate autonomously, make decisions, and push things forward without waiting for perfect informationDetail-oriented where it matters (finance, logistics, compliance) but pragmatic and execution-focusedComfortable working in English in an international, high-talent environmentBonus: experience with Italian corporate structures (S.p.A.), hardware logistics, or working closely with technical teamsResponsibilitiesOwn and automate core operational processes required for an Italian S.p.A.
