Responsibilities
* Supporting the Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance manager in reviewing the project technical documentation in respect to the contractual requirements.
* Developing the maintenance engineering execution plan.
* Gathering maintenance‑related design data from technical disciplines and vendors to build a comprehensive plant asset register including all maintainable equipment.
* Preparing the Maintainable Equipment List (MEL) hierarchically organized by functional location which in turn refers to physical assets.
* Conducting operability and maintainability reviews.
* Carrying out mechanical handling assessments.
* Performing equipment criticality analysis (ECA) to rank listed items in MEL considering safety, environment and production requirements.
* Defining maintenance strategies, procedures and tasks based on OEM data or RCM analysis results.
* Preparing CMMS loading templates.
* Preparing required documentation for meetings with company, project team or vendors.
Qualifications
* Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
Technical Skills
* Advanced knowledge of Failure Mode and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) methodology.
* Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodology – RCM certification is a plus.
* Familiarity with plant design documentation and drawings (3D models, plot plans, P&IDs, PFDs, line lists, GA drawings, mechanical data sheets, vendor manuals, procedures, etc.).
IT Skills
* Expertise with the Microsoft Office suite.
* Experience working with 3D software applications such as Navisworks Freedom and PDF editors like Power PDF Advanced.
* Basic knowledge of Navisworks 3D model software is a plus.
Mobility
* Availability to travel for short periods (1 week to 1 month).
* Willingness to relocate abroad in International Saipem Engineering Centers or Construction sites.
