A day in the Life: - Operate and monitor sterile manufacturing equipment - Adhere strictly to safety and quality protocols - Collaborate with team members to successfully implement production plans Keys to Success: - Attention to detail and dedication to quality - Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment - Determination to meet and exceed production targets Education: - High school diploma or equivalent experience required. Experience: - Previous experience in a manufacturing environment - Experience with sterile or cleanroom operations - Familiarity with safety and quality standards in manufacturing Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: - Strong understanding of sterile manufacturing processes - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to communicate effectively and work under strict guidelines Physical Requirements / Work Environment: Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a sterile environment. Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 kg. Compliance with all safety regulations is mandatory.
