The role involves monitoring and analysing the performance of assets maintenance processes, interfacing with the Area Plant Equipment Coordinators or Workshop Coordinators. Preparation of analyses and proposals for the acquisition of new assets or the sale of existing ones. Collaborates with other departments to promote the effective and efficient use of equipment. /ph3DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliMonitors the machinery maintenance process by interfacing with the on-site Area Plant Equipment Coordinators or Workshop Coordinators. /liliDefines the technical specifications required for issuing purchase or rental requests for machinery and equipment, in coordination with Project Construction Managers. /liliParticipates in drafting the project equipment fleet during the tender phase, providing technical advice. /liliPeriodically visits international workshops or construction sites to conduct audit activities. /liliFollows the procurement (purchase/rental) activities for new equipment on critical projects, offering technical advice to Project Construction Managers. /liliVerifies and monitors purchase requests for machinery spare parts from Coordinators and performs technical evaluations. /liliConducts technical and economic evaluations of spare parts requests. /liliCoordinates and performs pre-purchase and pre-pickup inspections on all machinery. /liliVerifies technical documentation for machinery and equipment prior to shipment to job sites. /liliInterfaces with the job expediter to manage spare parts shipments to their destination. /liliEnsures all machinery complies with local safety regulations by liaising with local Coordinators. /liliUpdates and maintains the site fleet management software. /liliMaintains the company equipment list across all sites and branches. /liliArchives all technical documentation and related certifications for machinery and equipment. /li /ulh3REQUIRED COMPETENCES /h3ulliAptitude to the coordination of work team. /liliKnowledge and application of preventive maintenance techniques. /liliKnowledge of Workshop workflow principles. /liliKnowledge of construction heavy equipment (Earthmoving equipment, Lifting equipment etc) and plants (batching plants, crushing plants etc) is mandatory. /liliKnowledge of stock management. /liliKnowledge of English language is mandatory; any other language is a plus (Portuguese; Russian; French). /liliGood knowledge and practice of IT programs (Microsoft Office Suite); knowledge of Oracle suite is a plus. /li /ulh3QUALIFICATIONS /h3ulliDegree in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Diploma /lili3+ years of relevant experience as assets management and maintenance /liliExperience as Plant Manager (or equivalent roles) in construction sites, including experience in workshops set up in difficult environment /li /ulh3LOCATION /h3pPesaro /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
