Key Tasks and Responsibilities Operating a financially profitable business, by increasing sales, containing costs, and maximizing margins on all services Seek for new business opportunities and manage operational activities, following up on-site management for major jobs to grant quality service is delivered and to seek opportunities to increase revenue (i.e selling additional services) and margins. Grow revenues Ensure quality services are delivered on all services performed in the region. Help in develop and strengthen new business lines as per the strategy of the Crown group Actively pursue new business, identify new sources of revenue from customer portfolio and help develop regional contracts locally. Report to and work closely with the Manager, ensuring all leads, follow-ups, referrals, and quotations are completed in an integrated and pro-active manner. Duties and tasks comprehend, but are not limited to : _ Project Management Follow the project from proposal to invoicing, following up with the customer and service partner to grant quality service is delivered On-site presence for major jobs to liaise with customer to seek for additional services and grant smoothness on the process Obtain written quality feedback from all customers Develop of business Achieve annual budgeted revenue Grow our base of recurrent customers Identify opportunities for new business lines to be added to our current revenue stream Ensure procedures for all services are followed correctly Only operate business through audited and approved service partners Ensure feedbacks and recommendations are obtained Ensure that all information is entered into our IT system Dynamics always updated with activity and opportunities Interact data entered correctly Basware orders are utilized for all G&A and COS purchased Concur used to issue expenses notes if needed Invoicing is done accurately and on time as soon as possible Aptitude, Knowledge and Qualifications Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills Ability to set priorities, manage your time and workload and dependably meet strict deadlines Ensure tasks are completed within timelines to a high degree of accuracy and professionalism Professional attitude and a willingness to support stakeholders in effectively doing their job Solution oriented approach to problem solving and decision making Team player Professional Knowledge and Skills_ Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders Well-developed administration and organisation skills with strong attention to detail Proficient computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher or equivalent Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills Cultural sensitivity and awareness Languages : English knowledge is required, knowledge of a second foreign language would be a plus Notes_ Smart working : Flexible approach - at least 2 days per week office work Required visits to jobs / projects / customer locations Travelling outside the region : Not required J-18808-Ljbffr
